In this role, you will drive sales strategies and promote carrier services to telecommunications service providers. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, develop client relationships, and deliver detailed sales presentations. Your contributions will directly impact our partner’s growth in the market, fostering customer satisfaction and retention. This is a remote role with occasional national travel involved, allowing you to work flexibly while making significant impacts across various territories.

Accountabilities

    • Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients in national and regional markets.
    • Meet monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators by implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging technologies to enhance client recommendations.
    • Develop promotional strategies for carrier services within designated territories.
    • Ensure superior customer experience, retaining existing customers and driving satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate retention and increased sales.
    • Manage customer quarterly business reviews and strategic planning efforts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required.
    • Attend off-site customer meetings, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

    • 5+ years of sales experience with regional and national carriers.
    • Strong knowledge of communication and networking technologies.
    • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to understand and adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences.
    • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
    • Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
