Primary Duties: Driving Enterprise Strategy and Partnership
The Enterprise Account Executive will:
- Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within top-tier banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies by researching target accounts and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Drive complex sales cycles from initial discovery and qualifying through to closing, ensuring a disciplined process and clear communication of our value proposition.
- Trust-Based Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders through active listening and a consultative, educational approach.
- Tailored Solution Presentations: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and case usage presentations that clearly articulate ROI and address the unique pain points of financial institutions.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling customer proposals and navigate complex contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Seamless Client Transition: Partner with internal Product and Customer Success teams to transition customers from sales to solution implementation, ensuring 100% satisfaction and maintaining continuity of partnership.
- Accurate Pipeline Forecasting: Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity (Salesforce) to provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts for the enterprise territory.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Stay current on FinTech trends, regulatory compliance, and market activities supporting the need to recommend improvements and new solutions to clients proactively.
- FinTech Expertise: 10+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of selling SaaS or compliance technology specifically to financial institutions.
- Mentality: A self-motivated closer who is disciplined, strategically cultivates opportunities, and drives complex enterprise deals to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Authentic Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a focus on storytelling, transparency, and building genuine trust with C-suite executives.
- Sales Discipline: Deep experience implementing modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and a strategic approach to managing complex buying groups.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills in managing CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms to track and optimize the sales cycle.
- Strategic Problem Solving: The ability to analyze complex data, identify red flags for clients, and proactively suggest solutions before challenges arise.
- Proven Quota Attainment: A consistent history of meeting and exceeding annual sales goals in high-stakes enterprise environments.
Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $300,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
